Description
Amendment in GST registration can be done in the following cases:

- Change of business activities: If the business activities of the business change, an amendment in GST registration is required.

To amend the GST registration, the following documents are required:
- Application for amendment in GST registration: The application for amendment in GST registration can be downloaded from the GST portal.
- Proof of change: The proof of change can be a copy of the new address proof, new name proof, new director’s proof, new business activity proof, new PAN card, or new TAN card.
- Digital signature certificate (DSC): A DSC is required to sign the application for amendment in GST registration.
